Is there any way to simulate wii hardware such as wiimote by using bluetooth dongle?

So I've found this project which is closed to my requirements but still far away:
https://code.google.com/p/hidemulator/
"A software to emulate HID devices, for now just the sixaxis/dualshock3, maybe in the future a wiimote/keyboard/mouse to"

Why?
I would like to play using regular pc keyboard and record keystrokes for replays in meantime.

My PC is not power full enough for dolphin.
Does it support keystroke recording and replay or should I use different utility for that?

My question is more about technical possibilities and proof of concept code.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Why would you need to map the wiimote commands as keystrokes if you're not going to use it for Dolphin Emulator?
