Hey guys! Been out of the loop in the 360 scene but just updated the 360 to the latest flash. Was just wondering if there's anything new to beware of not get banned when burning games or whatever? As always the games have been run through the latest version of abgx (and apparently it did a lot of patching) so i seem to be good in that front. Anything else to think about??

And when burning it said the file was too big and i got 2 options, either ti "Write untill end of image (overburn)" or "Write until end of disc (truncate)". Which one is the "safer" way online wise?
And i'm aware of that it's never 100% completely safe to go online, but trying to be safe than sorry :P Any help is really apreciated, thanks!

"safer" online, you should get an hacked iHAS burner and burn them on Verbatims.

Truncating/overburning works for every game which DOES NOT HAVE CIV checks.
Forza 4 has CIV checks.

You can overburn/truncate but you'll lose the HDD install.

So i take it an Ihas burner is a hacked version of a normal dvdreader? How does one know if a game has CIV checks and are there any ways of playing those online?? Thanks for the info

It's an lite-on ihas dvd burner flashed with burnermax firmware. You can find a list of compatible models and cross-flashable ones here http://c4evaspeaks.com/.

Forza 4 and I think Black ops 2 (not sure on this one) are the only games with CIV checks. To play online use hacked burner and Verbatim discs to burn full image.

More and more games come out with CIV checks.
Forza 4, Call of something (not COD) and iirc Black Ops 2 have CIV checks yes.

In general it's worth the investment now.
The drives are getting more scarce these days.

Forgive my ignorance, so i need to get a flash dvd burner for my computer basically? And apparently truncated burns work but might not be safe online? Or does this only apply for the "CIV" games?

Games that do not have CIV checks will work truncated and will work online, but it's not advised. To be safe as you can be using copies you need to have full burns. CIV games just won't work at all.
