Out of curiosity, why is it called a 'dump'? Kinda sounds judgemental. Like the game's gonna be a steaming pile of crap until proven otherwise...What's the origin of the term?

Otherwise the NAND would degrade super quickly.
edit: Clear the Cache and copy the savedata to a USB.
This will remove the most traces.

The game got dumped of it's contents.

. Somehow left trigger for them just doesn't seem right. I still don't like the saving system the game uses. Why does it not save at every checkpoint, instead of only when you save and exit. Always worried the system/game will crash after hours of play and have to start from the last time I saved and quit.

It's annoying indeed.
I've adapted quickly to the controls tho.
After playing Black for hours before playing Halo 4 then reload and riflebutt stomp is awkward xd

It's not flashed either, I don't have any of the hardware to do so/don't know anyone that does
