After hearing about diosmios, i wanted to try putting my gamecube backups on a usb, but all my ISOs are burned onto discs.

The problem is, I can't retrieve those ISOs to put onto the usb drive, nor do I even know if it is possible.
When i load up the DVD-R on the computer, I don't see the ISO i originally burnt on there anywhere.
Another thing to mention is that the ISO still shows up when I load it up on neogamma

Any help would be gladly appreciated.

Download CloneCD (NOT CloneDVD), install it, and press the "Read to Image" button once you open it. Select the DVD drive with your previously burnt gamecube "backups" on them, and it'll make one for you. They will always be 1.4GB when first done, but you can use any Gamecube Iso scrubbing tool to make them smaller.

EDIT: CloneCD link: http://www.slysoft.com/en/clonecd.html

Also note: It will not make usable isos of official games for any system, only ones that were burnt.

Will that work with Multi Gamecube ISOs?

It'll make one iso out of it, but you can use tools to extract the individual game isos from the iso that CloneCD makes. Unfortunatly, I forgot the name of that tool.

so why not making new backups of your original discs with CleanRip?
This will save yo a lot of time and trouble...
The rips on your DVDR can be bad dumps and scrubbing is bad anyway!.
