I heard that the pokemon dream radar doesn't work with acekard, don't know about other cards but why doesn't it work?

Dream Radar is likely to be a DSi feature and might not function on any flashcart.

DSi can have some limited connectivity with 3DS.

DS? No. Unless its built into the card (like the IR receiver)

Yeah when you run a flashcart you're running in pure DS mode, therefore it may never be possible to really use the Dream Radar on it.
