amazon should work fine
paypal might deny the card as they use it check identification to make sure your the proper owner
as the card being a prepaid it wont return any information so will probably be denied
I could never get a prepaid card to work with paypal
Well i need to bring the document where i live so i think its gonna be used on the card right?
And what about eShop?
TO USE ONLINE
All you need to do is register the prepaid card online with your name and address information to use it with PayPal and Amazon. I've received dozens of such cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, usually from rebates but sometimes as gifts. I have never been unable to use any of these online so long as I followed the instructions.
I have also used such cards with Google Checkout and other bill pay services except:
They cannot be guaranteed to work for identity verification purposes (though sometimes they will work depending on what sort of site it is). You may experience problems with international transactions.
I was unable to use a prepaid Citibank Visa with the Payza international payment service to donate to a private torrent site, and that left me SoL as all my "genuine" debit cards are MasterCard. (Payza only accepts Visa for CC-based ID verification and their funds transfer to regular bank accounts is all borked for at least the past few weeks now).
Edit: I have no way to clarify how this will work for you on eShop for EU though. As far as everything else I said, my experience is solely as a US customer -.- PayPal handles international things differently, so YMMV :/
