I have a memory card thats has 256 mb so I can't play most games because of space. So I was wondering if I could play isos stored on my PC with my PSP via USB.

I have a PSP 1000 with CFW 6.60 PRO B-10

Help please ! :(

You need to patch it to get newer games to work.
Read the "HOW TO DECRYPT AND PATCH PSP® GAMES TO WORK WITH "USB ISO LOADER V0.8" in the same link.

To do that I would need to put the game on the PSP but I do not have enough space to do so. Is there a PC version?

Nope, since the decryption keys and such are in the PSP itself.

Grab some already-decrypted ISOs off the 'net if you can find them. Generally "patched for all firmwares" means "decrypted" (unless it's an old download and they only mention 5.x firmwares like GEN and M33).

i like that wololo thread, it helped me out a lot. usb loading is nice cuz it leaves hella more room for emulators, and homebrew stuff. ive got a 10 foot long usb extension so i can chill on the couch away from the pc. most of my games stream fine, the ones that dont i just put on my memory card if i wanna have a play. i havent had the need to try the decrypter app yet.
sucks there's no way to decrypt from a computer. so as far as not having enough room to decrypt a game on your memcard, the only options would to get a 2gig (for 12 or so bucks) just for decrypting, or as rydian said find some pre-decrypted ones on the interwebz.

Do you use the same setup as the one in the wololo thread?

yup same setup. its too bad it wont work with PRO cfw, but i really do like the LME 1.8 firmware cuz it also supports the leda.prx for loading those pesky 1.50 hombrews.

What 1.50 homebrews are still relevant today? I'd guess there's probably about 3 curiosities, but in all 1.50 access seems to be a bit of a slim reason to stick with Neuron's "hack it together and hope it works" firmwares. (and i say that with the greatest respect to Neuron....although it doesn't seem that way from the statement i mean if you check the changelongs of both PRO and ME firmwares you'll soon see what i mean.)

Additionally you can (mostly) patch on your PC (rather than being reliant on a PSP for the whole process), you just need a big enough memory stick to decrypt the eboot. {Potentially you don't need a PSP at all if Edecrypt still works on the newer eboots}. Once you have a decrypted eboot it's just a case of going through the process of file renaming and file addition to the ISO you're patching using WQSD_UMD or UMDGen.

Quick Edit - I've not done the above for about 2 years so of course there may be issues somewhere/for some games, but in principle the process is the same. ISOTool just automates the process.

AW and Vato are huge emulation enthusiasts, and some emulators for less-used systems haven't been updated in that long.

I've not used the 1.50 kernel for an aeon but i'm struggling to think of any real killer reasons that it's preferable barring support for maybe one or two emulators that there are arguable reasons to use. There are some quirky homebrew games that were never updated but in emulation terms i'm not so sure the ME trade off is worth it. (yep, i don't much like ME)

....

Anyhow, just blame my character quirks for the disdain i have....i'm comfortable with Coldbird and co., less so with Neur0n, and the last time 1.50 was discussed elsewhere in relation to emulators it came up wanting for cast iron reasons to stick on them. I've not tested personally so i'm very ready to accept i'm working on inaccuracies however.

running my games from pc to psp, and the 1.50 alephone Marathon port(s) are what got me interested in using ME in the first place.
if PRO supported usb iso loading and the leda.prx i'd use it as my default cfw. as it is i have both PRO and ME so i can boot into either.
