Square Enix trademarks "Circle of Mana"

Nothing known other than the trademark being registered (no Genre, System, release timeframe, everything but the name is unknown) as of yet, but still, looks like a new Mana/Seiken Densetsu game is coming along.

If it ends up being a iOS/Android only thing, then.......

Same here, just about the only Mana title I liked. Very addictive game, a lot of buttonmashing and samey though.

Have you tried the older games in the series? Like Secret of Mana 2, it's really good, well, most of the games in series are pretty good. z.z
Children of Mana wasn't that bad, but it lacked in comparison to the older ones imho. =S

Nope, I haven't had a decent system to emulate it and I don't like using PC for that.
I'll try them sometime, but right now I'm into MGS.

Bet it is a remake on ios or android.
Most likely it is a remake of the game that was already a remake on the gba (don't know what it was called... the original game was mystic quest on the gameboy, the gba one is... something of mana).

Honestly, "Circle of mana" to me sounds like it could be a collection of some kind, circling all of the mana time eras. Secret of Mana, Children of Mana, Legend of Mana, nailing all of the distinctly different circles of time that the mana series has.
