Yahoo! is pissing me off, any help?

When my mother tries to send a message, a "Please verify your password" page always pops up, making my mother re-enter the damn password over and over. What sucks even more, is that if just deletes the message and gives you a clean form. It's pissing me and my mum off. We're using FireFox, if it helps. Any idea on fixes?

Yep, around 60 times, and it just spits out the same load of old tosh.
I am thinking it's a Firefox problem, as when I use Google Chrome, the problem doesn't exist...

Firefox has gone down hill alot over the last few released, ive migrated over to Chrome, I advise alot of people to do the same

Thing is , it's my mother we're talking about here, and she is one of those, "I won't use Chrome because it's not the real internet."
Sigh. Guess we'll have a little talk.

I'm pretty sure that if this was a browser-wide issue (especially with such a highly-used browser) you wouldn't be the only person with it.

If the issue doesn't happen in firefox's safe mode, then it's likely an addon or something.
