Gaming Rumor- the legend of zelda shrimp shield for 3ds

The above screenshot is a supposedly “leaked” screenshot for Zelda 3DS. It comes from this thread on GameFAQs Forum. In this shot, the subtitle reads Shrimp Shield. And by the looks of it, Grezzo’s on board. Great! But I know some of you are already thinking: It’s fake. Most likely, yes, it is – but we’ve yet to get a confirmation of any kind. Fake or not, I think this looks great as we’ve yet to see a Zelda game based around the Shield. And with the last game centered around the Sword, who knows? Could be?.

I would defiantly have to agree that is probably fake and a game based on a shield seems unlikely and didn't N say the next Zelda 3DS game wouldn't be related to WW-PH-ST? That shield looks like one from those games. But they could just mean it wouldn't continue that storyline, not the art style.

Eh, fake. Every Zelda game always has the development/publishing date next to the developer logo on the bottom of their title screens.

This is a pic of an early alpha/beta copy, it wouldn't have the date on it.
But the name sort of kills it. Like "Solar Soothsayer," no one's gonna believe it.

Wouldn't it be quite difficult to recreate the Zelda logo with such high detail using Colors? I think it's more likely this is just a fan made MPO file being viewed in the web browser or something.

Either way, I think it's fake. I hope any actual Zelda games will use the cel shading art style.

The shield is at an angle. It just looks off center.

I'm going to call this fake on name alone. Nintendo has had some stupid names in the past but zelda has always been decent in that aspect. That and its not mystical enough, zelda games always have sort of whimsical names.

I really hope they take the game into a different direction this time. Link runs a shrimping rig and it plays like a simulator. You get money, have to manage your resources, and can upgrade your rig into a whole shriming fleet. You win when you break off, make your own company and become Shrimp Shield's CEO.

If it's not fake it might be interresting.

They just develop the graphics basically. But in all honesty, Grezzo did an amazing job with Zelda OoT, I wouldn't mind the handheld titles being handled by them.
