im the same i never touch legendarys, i plan on make them better, just not yet...

the event pokemon make it hard to get all the pokemon, with out cheats, (you can trade, but that can be hard to do as well)

but
i can see when pokemon comes to the 3ds
you will
buy event pokemon from, the eshop, for a real money ($0.99 pre pokemon) after X amount of time are the event is over
or
it will only be a the e-shop for a short amount of time
or
you just have to BUY the event pokemon to get it

I also like doing things legit. It makes me feel like I've accomplished something. Also, if a local pokemon competition comes (one did a few years ago) you can only enter legit Pokemon.

This makes it legit to use in tournaments, though. If you showed up with an english Keldeo before this event, they knew you were hacking.

Eh. I half n half the legit/hacks. In a competitive game I'll use hacked (but w/ legitimate stats) pokemon b/c of the time it takes IV breeding/Ev training, but for collecting I just want pure legitimates.
