They go by the ID in the .ini file. See below. In this case, the cover would simply be named "qfg3". No extensions are necessary.

[qfg3]
description=Quest for Glory III: Wages of War (DOS/English)
path=usb:/ScummVMroms/Quest for Glory 3 - The Wages of War (Floppy DOS)
gameid=sci
language=en
platform=pc
guioptions=sndNoSpeech lang_English
I thought that I tried that already..... well I'll try it again.... Leisure Suit Larry to lsl1.png ( [lsl1] in the scummvm.ini) .... no doesn't work for me... Maybe my cover size is wrong? They are all 1090x680.

Still no luck with the "shrunken spine" sets?? did you delete the individual game cache's? They should work just fine.

@macmanhigh

What are your cover sizes? I still can't get covers to show in Scummvm games. I've only tried with the 6 Leisure Suit Larry game covers from the first page though. I hope to have more time today to mess around with it.

Hmmm... maybe that's my prob... I will resize and try again. Thanks for the response.

P.S - I'm stealing that cover too LOL!

no luck even with your cover. My Sam and Max game is named [samnmax] so I renamed your cover to that.
I don't understand what I' doing wrong here? I'm starting to think that ScummVM hates me..

I deleted the above files that you mentioned and even rebuilt the cache which took forever...hmmmm..
Wait a second here! ...

Success!!! I don't know why, but my covers have to be in CAPITAL letters! I was looking at my SCUMMVM.ini where it was talking about the last game chosen and it was in CAPS so I tried it and it worked!

So thanks again everyone for your help! :yay:

Just tried it with another Larry cover and it's a CAPITAL Letter thing! I wonder if the NTFS format is why? The only WiiFlow files that I have on my first FAT partition is the plugins (otherwise Mplayer won't launch) and the source_menu... I had to to this to get my usb nand to work correctly or it code dumps..

And speaking of Sam & Max, I have sound but not the voices.. how about you? I know that the plugin is an older version of the emu and when I launch the game from my SCUMMVM forwarder channel from my sys menu (with the games still on usb in the same place) the voices are there...

I too am miffed about the shrunken spine sets. I downloaded the snes covers and they still spill over.

hey drak, the set i'm talking about with mmh isn't posted anywhere. I had sent him a link to a couple of my personal sets with "shrunken" spines. I'm hesitant to upload those sets at the moment, as things are still changing a lot. Although with the recent jpg support added, if i do upload them i'll convert them, at least it'll take up half the bandwidth!

The themes that have the "-m" at the end have [member='mastershoes']' emuflows in them which have boxes sized to be match his covers and the source menu settings. Some of the newer ones like BlackWii, WhiteWii, [member='jiiwah']'s official ones, etc, (unfortunately) DON'T. I think they mostly leave the spine size the same as the Wii games and therefore even the square boxes end up being more like DS boxes than GB ones so that might be where the problem lies.

I think this was it.

Back on the main thread, [member='fledge68'] posted this:

WiiFlow themes and Source menu packs. If you don't like them then don't use them. Read the README's for more info.

http://www.mediafire...snfxl7wz4bswaew
These are slightly different from the previous post on google source - they include mastershoes emuflow 4:3 edits and some minor changes. I'm hoping newbies will use the source_menu.ini in the AbdallahTerro folder since it matches Fix94's plugin pack.

According to googlecode,
Code:
use #2 for SNES/N64 and #6 for gamegear and all gameboy games.
do this by setting emuflow=2 or emuflow=6 for each of those buttons in the /wiiflow/source_menu/source_menu.ini file.
