where did you exactly eat pasta? trust me, you can only can find what here is called pasta right here, in Italy! elsewhere you can only find a strange mixture of ingredients which is far away from what pasta taste is

well, since i've never been to italy then it's not the same. my fave tho was at postrio in sf. they had this quail egg ravioli on a white truffle sauce that was to die for. the pasta was actually just flour and duck egg yolk, no whites. and it was stuffed with cheese and some stuff i didn't understand and a quail egg. it was cooked just so that the quail egg didn't break and remained runny. pretty good stuff.

believe me, if you'll ever have the chance to come here, do it. you'll find out that foods here have some tastes you'd never have iimagined.
