Location where they are caught, Level when they are obtained, in which events they are obtained, these are common mistakes that pokehackers make.

PID might be what's screwing you up, its what got me for a few days. hilight the PID and delete it and leave it blank when you're setting all your Id's/nature/etc. Save the file at the end and Pokegen will set the correct PID for it.

First of all I see a flaw in Espeon. It learns Baton pass PRIOR evolution.
Which means it cannot have baton pass while having it's DW abiity. Because last time I checked, Eevee isn't catchable in the DW.

So I've started trying to make these.. and I've noticed on two of them you're trying to use egg moves on non-egg Pokémon (Which I can tell from them not being in Pokéballs). This could be a problem.. I've completed an Espeon so far which I'll PM to you..

Edit: Problem with Politoad could be that you are trying to make it shiny. It's not an egg.. dream world Pokémon that are caught can not be shiny unless it's set to be shiny by the site or so I hear.

Sorry this is making all your Pokéballs rather boring.
