PS1/2 Having problems with downloaded breaker pro v.1.1 ntsc

I'm having problems with my breaker pro download. Here's what I did:

I downloaded breaker pro v1.1 and unzipped it with winrar. Then I dragged and dropped the .cue file onto my CD-r which I then burned to the CD using the windows 7 file burner master option. Once that was done, I put a legit disc into my ps1 and let that one spin until it slowed down prior to the PlayStation logo disappearing. Then I swapped it with the breaker pro disc and nothing happened except the CD-r disc spinning in two different directions. I tried it again, this time waiting until the PlayStation logo disappeared but the CD-r just kept spinning and didn't slow down and again no breaker pro menu. So what did I do wrong? was windows burner a bad choice to burn the file? Did I miss a step? Was my timing off with the spinning discs?

What are you trying to acheive?
Breaker pro is not meant to be burned on a cd.
It looks like you are using the swap trick but you can do it without breaker pro.

Its a good technique its just a matter of timing
If you use imgburn its better. I think your cd is not good because you did not burn the image correctly.
