Can anyone tell me why my usb loader gx can't detect the games on my usb? It's mariokartwii.iso that i have on my USB.
It can download from Wii disks to the USB, but when i have done that i can't open it on the computer??? WTF? My computer says it has to format it, before you can use it.

Your Computer has to have those special LG drives to dump Wii games to your computer.

Use ModMii to setup your External HDD to read games

Ok, but i deleted boot.dol and the private folder now, because i forgot to drag it out in a folder on the desktop, before i formatted the SD card. Do i need the boot.dol and private folder? I don't even know what they are doing? And is there a way to reinstall homebrew channel to get them back??

Thank you for the other help.. :)

If you are referring to the boot.dol file of USB loader GX then you need it. The boot.dol is the app itself. Without it, you can't boot or launch the app you want to use.

A private folder might contain savegames, WiiWare, Virtual Console and others.

Just use ModMii to download something that you deleted, removed or uninstalled.

This is very important:

1. Keep your NAND backup in a safe place where it won't be deleted in case you brick your Wii.
2. Never uninstall System Menus, IOS, CIOS, MIOS or something related to the Wiis System.

I deleted this SD:\boot.dol, but is there a way to reset/delete all things on your wii? Start on a fresh? :D Then i can just download homebrew channel again :D

there is a way to format the Wii but I think it is very dangerous to format the Wii because it might brick your Wii. Just re-hack the Wii using ModMii

Do you mean the USB drive has to be formatted? If so, your filesystem is WBFS. Get Fat32 Formatter GUI on your PC, and format the USB drive from there. MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE RIGHT DRIVE LETTER!
