Hacking a little help on updating my wii

hi, its been a long while since I updated my wii, I used the Emperor of Canada`s guide if that gives you some idea...over the years I have updated some files on it, (CIOS`s mostly I think) but I was wanting to try this ModMii, and maybe the syscheck, how do I generate this log file that ModMii needs so I can get all updated?

You will need Syscheck. It will generate a file on your SD card. Then you drag/drop the syscheck.csv on the syscheck updater in modmii
