Hacking Problems loading games

I managed to get a game,Mario Party 9 in WBFS format.

I googled and searched and i found that CFG can read it from my SD card.
So i downloaded and putted CFG onto my SD card and when i go in CFG,run the game,
it says Ios Reload: blocked,ERROR setting up fragments 0 3, ID mismatch [SPQ01] [Monster}

What should i do? is there any other way to play WBFS file from an SD card?

Why can't you just play it from a USB drive?

EDIT: did you download Mario Party 9 for free? cuz you're the same person who asked where to get free games.

Why can't you just play it from a USB drive?

I just tried and it works. Thanks man.
But why it cant work via SD card?
