They're trying to pull a "Metal Gear Solid" here which doesn't work. Basically being able to fit a bunch of games in between other games, plot wise. But in Metal Gear Solid it spans from like 1963 or something to 2010-ish (IDK the exact year of MGS4, well now MGR). God of War seemed to come one after another.

Also, no Vita = no interest. I mean Chains of Olympus was kinda one of those "Wow, look what the PSP can do" type of games, I guess Uncharted is that for the Vita but to see something even better graphically would be mindblowing. Maybe not day one purchase worthy but probably worth a purchase later.

No one gives a shit about the plot of GoW. I regard myself as a fan and have played every game in the series and I have no idea about the overarching plot of GoW.

I am really disappointed they didn't go the route of having Kratos fight the gods and creatures of other mythologies and beliefs. Where's my epic confrontation with Odin or Set or even Jehovah (if they wanted to go for controversy)?
