No, Nintendo sends to most EU member countries.
Germany, Spain etc...
You can access all european Nintendo sites with the same account.

We don't have club Nintendo here so there's no way for us to redeem the stars we get when ordering stuff from the UK .

Sounds pretty cool, but I'm not sure Kid Icarus uprising is the game for me so I'll save my 2990 stars instead. You get usually 250 stars for one game, so you can get 2 packs per 3DS or Wii title (since ALL 3DS titles seem to have club nintendo points now!)
...It'd be awfully nice if I could get credited just, 10 stars somehow to round that up. Not even sure how I got 2990 stars, everything on there is in increments of 50.

Maybe if there's a demo of the game I can play, next week.

*Just printed out the cards scans they well not work cleaver Nintendo LOL I use Dark Pit and there was two what A glitch

tried the tampura wizzard in that database, worked just fine.
remember, the 3ds has a region lock, so the cards can be locked aswell.
