I certainly hope this is better than Mario Party 8...
Yes, it's supposed to be much better, in minigames at least.I certainly hope this is better than Mario Party 8...
I found him. He's near the "M" in Mario.I can't find Luigi on the boxart. Is he in the game?
He's actually an afterthought, some earlier images of the boxart didn't feature Luigi at all.I found him. He's near the "M" in Mario.I can't find Luigi on the boxart. Is he in the game?

I usually don't get PAL versions if they're coming out for an NTSC USA release, not only that my Wii console is at my girlfriends house whom I only visit on weekends and don't even play it every week. Most PAL releases just pass me by unless it's something big which I know is not coming to The States, for example the only PAL games I have are Pikmin 2 New Play Control and Another Code: R.um pal versions been out since the 29th and u still haven't played it?

That sounds pretty awful.Yes, it's supposed to be much better, in minigames at least.I certainly hope this is better than Mario Party 8...
The boardgame mechanics are awfully different this time around, instead of a limited number of turns exploring a board to get stars with coins, you take turns as Captain of a cart of sorts, moving on a somewhat linear board to get to the end goal, collecting the most mini-stars to be the super star. Mini-stars are effectively just coins and stars combined.
Games are over in about 20-30 minutes depending on the board instead of a very long time.
Here Here! I'm really enjoying this game.I played this at my friends house the other day (PAL) and it was really fun. SO much better than Mario Party 8. (I actually said that like 5 times..) It's a change from the normal Mario Party routine, cause you ride in a car and take turns being captain and stuff. The minigames are really fun..it feels like the Mario Party that SHOULD have been on the Wii.
Mario Party 3 works very well on a certain N64 for Wii emulator.Just bought it today and downloaded the scrubbed version yesterday. Now if Nintendo just releases Mario Party 3 on VC I'll own every single Mario Party.
Haha, it took me a while to find him too.I can't find Luigi on the boxart. Is he in the game?
