Hacking Some of my game icons seem to be missing..

Last night, I accidentally messed up my AKAIO, so I installed 1.8.9z and now SOME game icons are just showing that empty DS icon..
It also seems that I can't play those games. Any solution besides re-installing those ROMs?

Nope. It sounds like the games are corrupted. It doesn't always mean that the saves are corrupted, though, so don't delete the saves until you're sure they're gone too.

Saves are still working, but it's still a pain to have to steal "back up" my games again.

Not unless you know where to look. I have this cool ROM place I go to. It's got fast and secure downloads that usually work. If not, there's always an alternate emulation site that's more or less a paradise for piraters.

But I'm sure you'll know all about that.

I don't have the space, so I keep backups of my save files only. I mean, if I know where to get the ROM anyway...
