Hacking I want to buy a hacking cartage for the 3DS

I'm going to the US soon where everything is much cheaper and I'm going to buy a 3DS. (I have a dsi now) I have the action replay for the DSi but it cant play games and with homebrew I can do more but not what I want. So I want to but a hacking cartage (R4, Acekard 2) that can play nds games and maybe 3ds games if it exists. I also want to install DSOrganize homebrew on it like I did to my AR. So can I have a list of the best and their advantages and disadvantages?

Btw, to be on topic. Acekard 2i, Supercard DSTWO and R4i are your best bets.

-Plays GBA games
-CPU inside
-Plays movies
-Slow motion and Quick saving for DS Games
-Everything the Acekard 2i and R4i can do and more.
-Bit more costly

Actually the "Nothing plays 3DS ROMS" sticky is at the top, in all caps, with a specially-colored "READ THIS FIRST" tag (the only thread with a tag), AND has a differently-colored background.

People who don't see it are people who don't even look at the sticky list.

DSTWO is a Mercedes, Acekard is a station wagon, R4 is a bike.

I'd go with the DSTWO, but be aware that it costs twice as much as the Acekard 2i and takes a toll on the 3DS' battery life.

I actually got an R4i gold 3DS and it reminds me so much my old original R4 I had long ago. I really like it and it works on my 3DS, nuff said.
