Need Ideas

Well i am in my last year of job learning and my company doesn't really care and I get no help at all so i need to get training material myself and i already made some "nice things" but i have no more ideas what i could possibly make !

I am learning the job of Miller (Metal Works) and i need either stuff that could be done manualy (would be best cuz they won't give me a CNC machine for training so that i will be fucked when i am done with job training cuz every company only needs CNC Miller ... )

or stuff for a 3 Axis CNC machine (i am still trying my best to convince them that i need one to train -.- ... at least my boss said they are considering buying a new one and maybe even 5 axis for training)


I have already made these two things here the cube in cube manually and the pyramide on a rare ocassion on a 3 axis CNC (and got scolded later on -.-V)

Well currently i lack ideas and i am actually doing nothing at all since like 2 month and i REALLY want to work ... time runs so slow when you are doing nothing at all ....
so yeah if you guys have some cool ideas even if you are not sure if this might actually work tell me ^^
even made a small little CAD triforce for a friend just need the machine to actually produce it

should be possible to make without CNC but would be really hard and very easy to screw up so i did not try yet ...
that pyramide would be possible without CNC too but it would take at least 1 whole week while CNC took ~1 hour ^^

I was thinking about stuff similiar of what i already did thats why i added the pictures ... maybe some sort of Optical illusion or whatever, but i would need some kind of drawing and if possible with lengths heights i can use.

Hmm well just searched for it ... if someone had some sort of building instructions i might be able to make one even thaught it looks like there is pretty much drawing involved and i suck at art
but the model without color should be possible even manually without a CNC machine (i think ...)

hmm yeah already thaught about something like that and it would be possible, a coworker is currently planing this for an iphone, only problem is we cannot build the hinges ourself so we thaught about another system ... might work with a DS too hmmmmm ...
dunno if its the right word in english but we thaught about using "rails?" like this

Its close to impossible to make something that has roundings and stuff ... well there are several tricks and whatever but stuff like a shield which is not flat would take sooooooo damn much work and wouldn't even look half good, thats why stuff like this is either done by a smith or nowadays pressed out of some metals with big machines ^^V would require a 5 axis machine like with the vid with the helmet
