I installed the wad and when i went to the main menu to start it.. the screen is jus black.. how long do i have to wait..?

EDIT: Thank you all for helping me out, but without your help i wouldnt have been able to do this.. but i redownloaded the pack from ModMii but in a different way it gave you two choice which were 69 (Featured) and then 62 which was older.. i then tried that out and from there on things were going as smooth as they did.. After trying to get to this to work for almost 2 weeks i finally got it lol.

In uneek, you can check the harddisk activity light. As long as that shows activity, you are fine. If it stops, you should get some video within the first minutes.
If this isn't happening, it's no good.

Sneek generally boots slower as sd access is slower.
After the initial setup page, it can take several minutes before it will come up with a message that the mailbox got corrupted, but the issue is fixed. Several is something between 15 - 30 minutes. If you interrupt the wii during that initialisation, you usually corrupt your nand and will need to copy it over from pc again. So, be patient. The biggest problem with sneek is the fact that you don't see the sd card activity.

Start Modmii, choose sneek, choose to create a nand and proceed.

Besides installing the wad, are you also having the neek files on your sd card and (or) harddisk?
What version (sneek or uneek) and what revision are you trying to run?

NeoGamma isn't related to UNEEK. It's a backup loader that you run on your real NAND.
