Not long. Power is the problem. The internet is dependent on power, and power is dependent on fuel, fuel lines, fuel transport, logistics, and thousands and thousands of people. Interrupt anything in the supply network and the whole system goes down. Coal and gas plants would run out of fuel within days (coal plants within half a day, without constant supply). Nuclear and hydroelectric plants could keep working for some time with only a skeleton crew of survivors, but once the crew is all dead they would break down within a few weeks at most.

So, we have another reason to develop alterative power sources and make infrastructure more independent of the current fuel supply: a zombie apocalypse

Some parts reminded me of a log/diary in Resident Evil 1. It was a guard that was bitten and related how he felt the process. Towards the end it just said things like "Itchy... Scratchy". Never gonna forget that.

I almost stopped at Day 1 because it was so stupid, but read on to see how bad it was.
