I'm not new to console modding in general, I've modded my PS2, PSP, Wii...you get it. I have however stayed away from 360 flashing because I thought it was difficult.

With the Jungleflasher + LT 3.0 I found it's really quite easy as I have a BenQ drive and have the stuff to do it. However. This would mean I'd have to also buy a new DVD burner and DL DVDs.

So I looked at x360Key. If I only use it to play offline backups, and play legitimate copies on Live, would I be fine? Actually, I haven't played Live for over a year...but that's not what this is about.

The Wasabi 360 looks quite nice too..

help asap :D

A ODDE is not bannable as of the time of writing.

You can go on live just as you can go on live with a flashed box.

If you don't want to purchase a iHAS burner and Verb dvd's then I'd suggest getting a ODDE.
Wasabi xk3y X360key are all good, but will set you back $100~

Yeah, I'll probably get a x360Key. $100 isn't *that* much. I heard the install can be a little tricky though?

Mkay. It'll probably be cheaper in the long run. DL DVDs are expensive o.o

Edit:Thanks for the informative review Devin

It is cheaper in the long run yes.

A big plus is that you can delete game ISO's you no longer want.
Ones with a quick and easy 1000g for example ;D

Bummer. Still have to dump the key from the drive. Thought the x360key did this automatically?

They are coming out with a attachment that will automatically extract the Drive Keys. The Wasabi360 team boast that their ODDE can do this without any attachments, but I haven't been able to get them to send me a review copy. -_-

Plus I've heard from multiple resellers that they haven't gotten their stock, after paying the Wasabi360 Team. I however has seen some floating around on Trading forums.

Wasabi does that automatically.
But whats the biggie, you only need to dump the keys.
You got the tools for it.

It currently only dumps Slim Liteon 16D4S drive keys.

If he has the tools for flashing drives then dumping it will be no biggie.

Then you'll have to get it out only once to dump the keys.
