Wow, that size mechanic looks interesting... So small monsters only take one block, while Medium and Large take 2 and 3... sacrifice number of monsters for bigger ones?

The first dragon warrior/quest monsters remains my favorite. I hope it plays pretty much the same. I thought we were getting a color-ized version for the VC. Didn't know we were getting a full blown remake.

It's been like that with older games in those series already, on the DS ones at least. =O

I think Joker 2 was the first DQM game to use this. IIRC, all monsters in Joker 1 were the same "size".

Excuse me language but, I am so FUCKING excited for this, i cant even express it. Judging from the pics, there are some monsters i remember. Slime, Slimeknight, balbazak, roboster, Ironturt, and Ant Eater. Also, it looks like we are still going to use the scout method, not meat.
