It's actually more common then you think. If a girl told that to a guy, he'd be flattered. If a girl told that to a girl, she's be like "hey, wtf?" but not exactly offended, but if a guy told that to either, mayse, tazers and punches follow.

The only instance of disfigurment may appear when the chromosomes are formed in an erronous way, casuing hermaphroditism, among others... but I digress.
