My brother said he was going to go out and troll people IRL, then tell them that he was doing those things so he had no regrets when the 2012 apocalypse happened. It's his New Year's Resolution to do that, actually.

So far, he's called one of his friends repeatedly from a pay phone. When his friend picked up, he said 'billy goat' (or something that led to him saying it) and hung up (he told me, however, that he made sure that they eventually knew who it was that was calling). At one point, he accidentally called me and said it, but when he figured out he had called me, he was forced to explain what he was even doing.

I genuinely don't know when or even if I'm going to die.

That lack of knowledge alone is rather freeing.

There was this story I saw on this news a couple years back about a man and his wife maxing cards out to see the world before 2012. I can't find it now.
