Greetings all, and happy new years if you celebrate it. I have a Supercard DS One (not DS Onei) And I was given a DSi XL firmware 1.4 or something like that. I was suggested to get an Acekard 2i or an R4i Gold if money is an issue, But seeing as how the Acekard is less than 5 dollars more than the R4i Gold, I may get that instead to play my games. Now here's the thing, I just want the basic functionality that was given to me by my Supercard DS One. Play games, Use cheats (Unfortunately I'm not THAT good at some game types, heh), and Save States. I don't need music playback because I have that on my cellphone. Video playback... On such a small screen, is not attractive to me. I'm "blind" enough as I am. And I'm gonna use the same Micro SD that I used with the Supercard DS One. I plan on once I have a job and being stable, trading in the DSi XL and get a 3DS.
So with this info in mind, which card of the two above should I get? Or perhaps throw other cards into the equation for consideration. What does the Supercard DS Two have that makes it more expensive than the others? Pros and Cons? I will now go read reviews for the cards to help myself out as well, thank you in advanced for your time.
EDIT: I am currently reading up the Which Flashcart should I get sticky, and it seems that the features I am looking for in the iSMart MM and Supercard DS Two... Hmmm.... At least so does the chart say. I dont need slow motion nor to create cheats on the fly... What special homebrew does the Supercard DS Two have that can make it worthwhile?
