I've just been told today that someone bought them the game I was going to, so now I have to change my PSN game plan. I'd look on Wikipedia for a list of titles I could buy for them, but I don't trust them since half the time their lists are outdated or they don't have a page for a certain title. They also don't list any prices. Other than the game I was going to get them and a few other games they don't want, I have no idea what's on the PSN Store.

Isn't there any kind of online shop I could look through?

You can browse without logging in last time i checked. Even if it requires a log in just create an account with some random made up details.

Doesn't Gamestop have vouchers/cards for PSN titles now?
Not that I'm aware of. Just the point cards.
You can buy the game codes from them also, its just everything is stupidly worded. There is no section for psn games, everythnig is lumped in dlc and you have to make sure its the actual game. E.G. I want to buy ssf2 hd remix then I go to gamestop.com, go to the dlc section then the ps3 view all button and look for it or just search it normally. It will say add to cart/buy digitally and as far as I know at the end of the checkout the code will be displayed and then you can just input that code at the psn store and done.
EDIT: Also they tend to only sell games at the msrp so if this week the game happens to be on sale its still the regular price at gamestop, unless its a permanent price drop but then it takes awhile for gamestop to update their prices.
