Hacking Problem with MMM?

I just started trying to mod my wii a few long hours ago with the Mod pack NTSC-U zip, etc. and I came across this. Everything goes fine for the first few steps, the nand backup works, the sums verify with no problems, but when I try to use MMM to install the wads, I can't move the cursor? I looked around for a bit online and nobody else seemed to have this problem. My wii remote shuts off and won't come back on or anything, but I can work through everything else just fine, including bootmii. Can someone help me here?

No =/ I tried three original ones and my after glow, none of which worked.

This was the "official forum" for MMM, so I thought to ask here first as it would tend to be a more reliable resource. I'll do that anyway though. It's also almost 2am, so my brain is fried

mmm can read a file with instructions for the unattended install of wad's. Maybe you have a leftover of such a file on your sd card that causes the program to start in that mode. (Just a wild guess.)
There are other solutions to install wad's like wadmanager_gui. Mmm is basically a collection of tools that exist standalone as well.

How do you launch the program? If you use the HBC, does it run on ios58?

check if HBC background is upside down (means, instead of bubbles going up, it goes down) then you need to fix those things first. Dont worry, the solution is already on MauiFrog mod guide.

the bubbles are not the only thing that would be upside down, as soon as you see the hbc channel in the main sm, that also will be upside down.
though i don't think thats his problem. if he (op) downloaded a crappy zip file from a torrent site.(the easy way out.). who knows whats in that file, but the person who uploaded it.

The ones that were manufactured last month. Even if you buy a Motion+ controller now, it could still be an older model. It depends on how long it's been sitting on the shelf.
