I'm sorry, but that idea of yours just sounds stupid (the game has no relation to Odin Sphere). They can name it whatever they want and Gungnir is a more original title name. The fact that it's named from Norse mythology does not change the fact that "Gungnir" is a difficult word to pronounce in modern English; I'm sure there are many other fitting allusions that could be used that aren't so straining.
Or hey, here's another idea: Just say it's a sequel to Odin Sphere and call it "Odin Spear". Bam, problem solved

Well, this is US, so...I believe it's actually /gung'nɪr/ (IPA), but that depends on whether the name is to be read with a rhotic or non-rhotic accent.
