For the second. How can you tell they're on Nintendo's side? It really seems 50/50 to me.

The third one might be stated the fact that Sony caps 3G downloads to iirc 20mb, they think the Vita is shit, not sure though.

Fourth is definately right, I don't see any problems there

Why would anyone want this trash? Sony (exchanged, which is untrue, VITA has both) WiFi for 3g for gaming but capped downloads (to a given size). If it is fixed, I can see (how someone would buy a Vita).
