Pros-
Multitasking: 3ds can run the web browser while running a game. Vita can't.
Mario. Vita will never have Mario.
Cons-
Has a game with Slippy Toad in it.

It was there as "shitty gimmicky touch screen" to the left of the 3DS list.

Also, Wifi, and that the 3DS is expensive and Vita is not.
