Unlike the PS3, it seems that the PS Vita will only allow one PSN account per system. If you want to create multiple accounts to access different store regions, you’re out of luck. Well, unless you do a restore to factory settings, which wipes out your entire system configuration each time. Talk about a hassle.
This is according to a user that attended a local PS Vita event held in Osaka, Japan. Printed on the FAQ section of a handout was the following: Only 1 account. If you want to to use a different account, you need to format the system to factory settings.
The PSP had the same restriction, in that it did not allow users to create multiple accounts on a single unit. Still, we’re surprised to see Sony taking this backwards approach with the Vita.

well just great having to reset the game every time :|
i never have any idea what you are saying lol

Why is this bad? When i have a handheld, its mine... I can understand a 360 or whatever having multiple accounts, but handhelds, this is fine.

I wonder if it would be possible to download the content to the ps3 and just transfer it over to the vita to bypass this.

Ah well at least we can play foreign games if we buy the hard copy.

Oh let me just get my DLC for my import game, oh no! I have to format my system just to redeem my japanese vouchers, dam Sony!

you gotta love Sony and their draconian measures, its sad to see people still buying their products after everything Sony has done by alienating their customers.

Well I guess the fact that the PS Vita is region-free doesn't matter now that you're limited to one PSN account. Oh well.

How so? You can at least import games, unlike the 3ds. Or do the opposite: make a foreign psn account, while buying hard copies from your country (which can be done to avoid paying for shipping, waiting time, etc). Or just deal with it and not download games at all. B-) Anyways, you at least can play games from other countries. Whereas, you won't even be able to play foreign games on a region-locked system like the 3ds. Heck, nintendo doesn't even offer an online service to download 3ds games, so people gotta stop moaning so badly about this...

It is true though, that you'll have to pay for shipping (unless you do the opposite, mentioned above), but that doesn't null the fact that it's region-free. I'd be glad to hear more of your opinions as to why you think "it doesn't matter."

next time read the original post person that made it could have fix it Genius
Makes sense, but you misunderstood what the thread is about.

Well i dont see this as a big issue either unless DLC is actually compatible with other regions. If it is, then i see this as a small issue.
