Hacking Deleted Mii

So my lil brother deleted my mii and I wanted to know how can I get it back I have a back-up of my wii can that help anything or is my mii lost forever? Thanks for any help.

If by a backup you mean a Bootmii NAND backup, then yes. Next time use SaveManager gx to save miis/saves

all your miis are in /shared2/menu/FaceLib/RFL_DB.dat. extract that file from your backup, and copy it to your wii. it will clobber any new miis created since the backup was taken (obviously).

So that file includes all miis as a new DB? Rewriting it will result in loss of any previously miis made? (that were already in the older RFL_DB.dat)

make a new nand backup of your Wii
restore the old nand backup
save your mii using official ninty methods or using savegame manager gx
restore newer nand backup
copy over your saved mii's

an alternative, which probably won't work at the moment is to use krafter's nand gamesave restore. Currently it only supports gamesave's, but he's said he's going to add mii support soon. Once he adds mii support, u can do the following instead:
extract old nand backup using giantpune's nandextract app (run's on your PC), then run krafter's nand gamesave restore to extract the Mii's from the extracted nand backup.
copy over your saved mii's using savegame manager gx
