Tutorials...

As far as I know the Tut and FAQ section is used for people to make Tutorials and FAQ pages... right?
Well a lot of people now use it to ask questions. Maybe tutorials and FAQ's should have to be reviewed before
going thorugh? It would only take a second to review it (all you need to do is make sure it's an actual tutorial).

I like this idea because the Tutorials section is getting spammed with questions, and not actual tutorials. The good tutorials are getting pushed to other pages overtop all the bad topics.

I usually remove all bad topics from that section.
It pisses me off when people post shit in there
