Hardware has anyone tried 3DS to 3DS transfer yet?

I know the functionality is there, but im wondering if ambassador is tied to the system itself or whatever data is transferred. Basically, do you think Ambassador is transferred during a system transfer?

I don't know, and it would be too much of a massive hassel for me to experiment... I would imagine Ambassador status would transfer, but I could be wrong. Sorry for not actually helping.

You can't yet, just in a future firmware update (yeah, I tried).

3DS to 3DS transfer isn't up yet (it will be in the next update).

And it's region locked, you cannot transfer US stuff to EU/JP.

I emailed Nintendo before regarding this.

Nintendo said that the 3DS-3DS transfer would transfer the Ambassador program to the other 3DS as well, so no problem there, but the consoles are still region-locked (seriously, Nintendo? Ugh).
