EDIT: I never watched the show, this post comes from a love of a certain musician, it's nearly direct quotes from the lyrics of a song. Still, I know that both Jerry Springer and the musician deserve discussion, go either way or both ways.

Why? because it's been two years since I got to see cheatin' lovers and cousins that marry, five years since they had the show with the hermaphrodite, the slut, and the crack ho. Three years since we heard the tale about the guy who learned his woman was a she-male. They're also always swearin', cursin', kickin' butt, and pointin' blame. On the air? They don't care, they've got no shame. There was one guy who I'm sure felt a little strange when he found out that his wife had a sex change. They have a tendency to scream and yell constantly, and have a history of ripping off their shirts.
The problem is that once you start watching, there's just no stopping. Your brain shuts down, then your IQ's dropping. Jerry's the king of confrontation, he's a sensation, he puts the 'sin' in syndication. It's totally worthless, like a bad check or a train wreck, don't want to stare but you can't look away. Like Sally Jesse, Jerry does talk shows but with more weirdos, the ratings jumping higher everyday. If you've seen the show, then you know it's just as low as you can go. The guests are tacky, they're lacking in their hygiene. Pretty soon some ugly goon comes in the room and then it's BOOM in the face of some unsuspecting drag queen.

I'm not sure if this belongs in TV or Music (for those that get it), but discuss either one, they both are prime discussions.

I'm so sorry.

You know for a Jerry Springer fan, I'm REALLY surprised that you just blatantly came out and want to know the show still exist.

Well it still exist, surprisingly. However it only shows on NBC and despite of it currently being air in other states. It's delayed in Maryland for two weeks, enjoy.

I didn't, I don't care at all about the show. Again, it's the near exact lyrics of a song. All I know is that the show IS discussion worthy, like the song.

Good Weird Al song, though if you really feel like watching it (as I'm sure someone already mentioned), the show is still on the air.

Any particular reason you had for posting these lyrics?

For discussing the show or (now first revealed by Veho) Weird Al songs, as I've said 3 times now.

You could have made the thread for either Jerry Springer or Weird Al without posting the lyrics; having one topic for both doesn't really seem to make sense (considering how completely unrelated the two are besides this one song).

And if you don't care for one of the topics anyway, why bother? Even if it is discussion worthy, just let anyone who wants to discuss it make their own topic.
