No seriously the big corporations are just shooting themself in the foot, that's free advertisment they are trying to make illegal. I find almost all my new music on usermade videos on youtube and I actually buy it. I really want to sign this, but the fact that I could get rid of bieber music...oh boy what a mess.

This bill is all kinds of flawed. I don't agree that anyone should be penalized for using anything that they BOUGHT WITH FUCKING MONEY, provided the use isn't intentionally criminal.

Laws are not retroactive people, if a law is made AFTER someone commits a crime said law now enforces, you CANNOT arrest them for it. That website is a hoax/scam just to get emails/signatures/whatever of people that don't know that.
As much as I hate him, Beiber CANNOT get arrested for this, even if that law goes in effect. Want proove? Should have paid attention in your high school Government classes.

I think game trailers are considered into this bill as more copyrighted material. It's not you that's supposed to be distributing the game trailers anyway. It's the developer/publisher that's supposed to do that.

The trailers I put, are trailers for games that the companies themselves ask for people to upload, so there'd be no problem. =3
Anyway, I don't care about any kind of law regarding the internet...
