I get this screen when clicking on certain areas of the website, such as the link to the Site Discussions section in the news post about the forum upgrade.

Yup, that's where I got it from.

I'm guessing that v4.gbatemp.net is where the new site was being tested before being rolled out on the main site, and that link from the testing area was accidentally posted.
