The DSi/XL doesn't track what you are playing.

You can send it in for service and they'd not have any clue, or possibly even care, what you are playing.

My son's DSi power port stopped charging the DS so I sent it to Nintendo, and they sent me a refurb 2 days later with no questions asked.

No.

Granted, since you ripped the sticker off, you're not gonna be able to send it in to Nintendo or ever sell it to GameStop. But the 3DS is the only one that has an activity log, and that just tracks what the cartridge shows up as. So on the 3DS, a SuperCard DSTWO shows up as Alex Rider, so even after you launch Pokemon off of it and play it for 8 hours a day, you're gonna have hundreds of hours on crappy Alex Rider. Conspicuous, yes, but they can't prove you just don't like it.

but woulden't having the same "dorasu" game look suspicous? also I do have a 3ds and used a flashcart on it once. I wiped the log though. I just hope that never goes kaput because I don't know if they log anything or not.

Well if the game showed up as some game that's only available in a different region than the DSi comes from, I'd say that was REAL suspicious. Hacking suspicious, even.

Flashcards use headers from DS roms, which are not region locked.

But.

Dorasu is a DS Title. The DS was not region locked, so in DS mode it can run any DS game from any region, regardless of the DS.
