Hacking help with re-virginize

well I want to re-virgin a wii and I was thinking to myself since the new betwiin 0.10 came out what if I just use the bootmii NAND restor function to restor a virgin NAND on the wii (as long as I switch the keys) which I can eaisly do since the wii I want to virgin has bootmii on it and if I have a virgin wii NAND the keys can be extracted via hex editor. Of course I was thinking wait if I virgin the via NAND bootmii will still be active and on the system (not a bad thing but...) I need to get rid of everything homebrew so since bootmii have MINI is it possible to run the bootmii installer inside MINI and use it to uninstall bootmii from that? also if I do that since its a clean NAND the cIOS(s) should be deleted correct? so basically I have a few questions for experts.

1.) will this method of virginizing work?
2.) if so does anyone have a virgin NAND dump (I relize the chance of this is slim)
3.) what percentage of brick does this have over the other methods more or less?

If you want to virginize your Wii, just initialise it in the system menu, this should do it, no?

If you want to virginize your Wii, just initialise it in the system menu, this should do it, no?

the dump has to come from a wii exactly likes your own, as in same boot1 and same boot2 code or it wont work

also doing a format in the system menu wont revirginize it your best bet is to just remove all your homebrew hbc cios via any title deleter to start again

ahh Ok and its not for my wii its for a friend ill probably just remove it with the countless guides around here I just was thinking that using a virgin NAND would be faster/easy

Normally you remove preloader by re-installing the Sys memu

No and yes, nandclean removes preloader(dol & settings) but it left a patched sysmenu.

The patched sysmenu didn't work without preloader and the Wii will brick and it's required to reinstall the sysmenu.
