Featuring fully rendered 3D arenas, players can execute the ever-famous sky-hook, pull off no-look passes, view instant replays for spectacular plays, and set up all kinds of offensive and defensive strategies. Additionally, Van Earl Wright returns as the play-by-play commentator! Slam 'N Jam '96 features a few gameplay options including the Exhibition Game, Season, and Playoffs modes. The Exhibition is a single game of basketball using any of the teams. This is ideal for new players as it will get them accustomed to the gameplay mechanics and various controls. On the other hand, starting a new Playoffs session will save you the time and hassle of going through an actual season of basketball. Choose your favorite team and guide them to the finals!
