AO - For Anime Ok (If you know that the anime reached the point about what you will discuss)
MS - For Manga Spoil (If you aren't sure of it, or if the anime hasn't reached that point)
If you just don't watch the anime and always read the manga, please always put MS
On the other hand, if you watch only the anime and don't read the manga, always put AO
If you watch/read both, put what best fits
