I made Kimchi and Tteobokki not so long ago... actually in 2013... in a Japanese school... I was learning Japanese but the teacher was Korean... and she speaks Spanish...
Anyways... I didn't liked any! The ingredients are the same but it tasted chewy and kind of... tastless, and with enough time, your bite would become like mashed potatoes. Yuck!
But I might give a try to your recipee!
