Windows XP 2 R4 Theme

Hi, This is an updated version of my theme that my mate duksandfish uploaded because i didnt have a gbatemp account but know i do so i iwll be uploading more themes.if any one has any good ideas on a theme i could make or how to improve this one plz leave a comment and i will try my best to please you Rpgpromaster
