well all the hard core Ouendan players know the game REALLY starts on Hard after you beat Normal. Well, I thought someone would have uploaded a version that did start on Hard, but there are none, so here it is, fresh after Normal is beaten R4 .sav

16.0.3 support was added into Atmospheré, so it should be alright, but I'd prefer sticking with a lower firmware version just to be safe. -
